Jeff obtained his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law. He also holds an LL.M degree from King’s College London, in the UK. Jeff completed two judicial clerkships. Jeff’s integrated and comprehensive background also includes a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from the University of Waterloo. Jeff was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2000.
